You will work closely with the EMEA Head of HR, however as he is traveling a lot, this role requires a lot of self-support.
You are responsible for; *HR administration for all EMEA colleagues;
On the day to day basis, you will be working on the EMEA HQ in Hilversum, you will work closely with the HR department in the US. Next to this,on the HQ, there is an open door policy, all colleagues have lunch together, and the culture is open and social.
You are responsible for; *HR administration for all EMEA colleagues;
- HR related projects, handling questions and problem solving;
- The recruitment process, planning interviews and if neccessary conducting interviews;
- Managing the on- and offboarding of colleagues;
